Quality control and test

All tanks quality will be inspected during manufacture process , this is important part of FAT procedure, all inspection record will be added into FAT files and submit to end user together. And customer can also demand some FAT test include :

• Material inspection
• Surface roughness inspection
• Heating、cooling test
• Riboflavin test
• Electric test like: Mixing test, vibration test , noise test and so on.

Material Traceability
