Evaporative Crystallizer Introduction

Evaporative crystallizer is a vaporizer. Construction and operation identical with the evaporator, the solvent was evaporated by heating under reduced pressure, after which the solution has reached satiety crystallized. Sometimes the first manipulation solution was concentrated in an evaporator to a certain concentration, then poured in another crystallizer, to complete the crystallization process. Evaporator crystallizer chamber from the suspension, the heating chamber, the separation chamber and circulating pump. Its main feature is the over-saturation region and the resulting crystals were placed in the mold growing area of the separation chamber and suspension chamber, crystals suspended in the circulating fluidized liquor for crystal growth provides a stable condition, able to grow out of the larger particle size and uniform crystals.

Applications

For chemical industrial production, industrial wastewater treatment: over sodium sulfate, zinc sulfate, sodium chloride, sodium dichromate, ammonium nitrate, oxalate crystallization operation and other materials.
