Vacuum emulsification is refers to the material in a vacuum state,using a high shear emulsifying Quick uniformly distributed one phase or more phases to another continuous phase, the use of machinery to bring strong momentum, so that the material in the stator and rotor narrow gap to withstand hundreds of thousands of times hydraulic shear per minute. After centrifugation , extrusion, collision, tearing and turbulence, instantaneously uniformly dispersed emulsion, through high-frequency circulation, and ultimately get no bubbles, delicate and stable high-quality products.
System Components
Vacuum Homogenizing Emulsification Tank include emulsification mixing tank, vacuum system, hydraulic system, electrical control system and operating platform .
Emulsification mixing tank 's accessary :liquid inlet with stainless steel pipeline filter, solid inlet, vacuum port, compressed air inlet ,vacuum rupture , sight glass , temperature sensor , CIP device ,outlet and dustproof sterile breathing apparatus .
Feature
• Part of material in contact with material SUS316L , no dead corner , equipment inside and outside surface are mirror polished, it can meet GMP standard .
• Vacuum Homogenizing Emulsification Tank is with CIP cleaning system, avoid the traditional cleaning method , make clean work easier and efficient..
• Mixing system adopts double scrape side mixing and frequency control of motor speed, can meet different process requirements of production
• Vacuum deaeration can make the material meet sanitary aseptic requirements, and can adopt suction feeding, especially the powder can prevent the dust float in the sky.
• According to the process requirement, the tank can heating or cooling material , heating type can be selected according to the customer request steam or electric heating.
• Advanced electric control system adopts PLC control, with true color touch screen, comprehensive monitoring material temperature, stirring and homogeneous speed, time and other data, real-time detect, record and print the relevant data, imput and output related data.
Application
• Suitable for the production of cosmetics, such as ointment, cream, thick sauce, honey and other products, but also suitable for pharmaceutical, food, fine chemical engineering, etc.
